How we work Step 2: Establishing a Search Profile

Middelland has a few thousand clients in its database and is not able to keep personal contact with all. It is important to understand if you are actively searching (with the intention of finding your dream property), or generally browsing.

A: Priority Clients: actively searching

Are you actively searching? Then we will add your details to the 'hotlist' of one of our colleagues. They will keep personal contact with you and WILL find what you are looking for. The process from now on will be most likely:

fill out our search profile.
We send you examples of properties matching your search profile
Based on your response we narrow your search profile. We want to find exactly what you want.
Determine date for visiting Croatia. Let our office assist you, without obligations, by suggesting good accommodation and interesting flights.
Two weeks before your arrival we make our network to add the best properties available to our viewing days. We continue to arrange the logistics
The viewing (1, 2 or 3 days is enough)

Our searching service is free of charge. To be our preferred client we only ask commitment by actively engaging in the searching process.
